2002-09-07 - 3:40 p.m. This weekend is German Fest in my neighborhood. It's interesting, but I'm really not one for brats and german potato salad. I prefer corndogs and funnel cakes. What can I say? I'm from Peoria. Anyway as I'm writing this the band is playing and that's always nice. A parade is nothing without a band -- no matter how poor. :) I enjoyed a very nice correspondence via email with the author of a webpage that I had wanted to add to my list of links.
