2001-12-09 - 10:32 p.m. Well, how do you like the new motif? I'm searching for an identity that fits here... My first online nick -- circa 1994 was Zimmy@ix.netcom.com which I changed because too many people found it androgenous. The next nick I went with was pc_radar@ix.netcom.com chosen because I've always identified with MASH'S Radar O'Reilly. I would have chosen plain old "radar" but, that was taken by some earlier settler of the net. My interest in Justin Hall has matured from jealousy to simple admiration. His website, in case your interested, is http://www.links.net He is worth checking out for more than one reason, but mainly because he created one of the first great online Journals. Mine is *not* a great online journal. It's an ongoing project of mine attempting to project a piece of myself into this space we call the WEB. The more comfortable I get with it the easier it becomes to journal my thoughts and/or feelings here. I certainly don't manage to post everyday. Any good web-journalist will tell you that's key to having a good page. I do however, try to keep it personal in the sense that I don't make stuff up or try and create entries that clearly aren't me.
